Amragrum shows the services of branches and specialists and the times they have free, and it lets you book a visit. The booking is passed on to the branch you chose.

The branch is responsible for the quality, the price, the length and the delivery of the service. The platform is not a party to the relationship between you and the branch.

The list of services, the prices, the working days and the free slots all come from the branch itself, and it can change them at any time. We show what we receive from it.

There is no payment on the site. Booking is free, and you pay for the service on the spot, in the way the branch has set.

• Give a real name and a working phone number when you book; that is exactly what the branch uses to reach you.
• Only book slots you intend to come to; a slot that is taken and left unused is a slot lost both for the branch and for another visitor.
• If you cannot come, or will be late, warn the branch in advance.
• Do not use the platform for fake bookings, or to book on behalf of other people without their consent.

Cancelling a booking from the site is not possible yet. To cancel, or to change the time, call the branch directly; its phone number is on its page.

The branch may cancel or move the visit on its own side — if a specialist is away, for example. It will then get in touch with you.

We work to keep the site available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, errors, or data missing on the branch’s side can leave some parts of the site temporarily out of action.
