How Amragrum works

Start from the home page or from search.

• On the home page the services are grouped into four sections: “Categories”, “Services”, “Branches” and “Specialists”. Open any of them to see the full list.
• Search has two tabs: “Branch” and “Specialist”. Pick the one that matches what you are looking for — a branch, or a particular person.
• The filters narrow the list down by area, category and type of service. On the specialists tab you also get gender and a price range.

On the branch page, press “Book”.

• The “Choose a service” window opens, with the services arranged by section and the price next to each one.
• You can pick more than one service at a time and book them all in a single visit.
• In every section you can name a particular specialist. If you name no one, the branch itself will assign a specialist who is free.

The day from the calendar, a free slot from the list.

• Only the days the branch is open are available in the calendar; past days and non-working days are switched off.
• If you picked several services, a separate tab appears at the top for each of them. Every service gets its own time slot.
• The same slot will not be given to two services — the system will warn you that it is already taken by the other one.

Only your contact details are left.

• The “Name” and “Phone number” fields are required. While they are empty, the “Confirm booking” button stays inactive.
• The “Email” and “Notes” fields are optional. In the notes you can say in advance what you need.
• Press “Confirm booking” and you will see the confirmation. If something goes wrong, the window will tell you why, and everything you filled in stays where it is.
