Privacy policy

We collect only what it takes to get your booking to the branch.

What we collect

On the last step of a booking you fill in the following yourself:

  • Name — required; the branch needs to know who it is expecting.
  • Phone number — required; this is the only way to reach you.
  • Email — optional.
  • Notes — optional; whatever you write, the branch will see.

Along with these, the contents of the booking are passed on as well: the services you chose, the specialist, the day and the time.

Why

The only purpose is to carry out the booking. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who receives it

The booking is passed on to the branch you chose, and it is stored on the Amragrum server. The branch sees your name, your phone number, the services and the time you picked, and your notes if you wrote any.

Once the data has reached the branch, the branch is responsible for how it is handled too, as the provider of your service.

What is kept in your browser

The site uses no tracking cookies and has no external analytics service of any kind. What stays in your browser is an anonymous marker for your device, so that the steps of a booking are not lost along the way. Your name and your phone number are not in it. The details are on the cookie policy page.

For how long

The history of bookings is kept for as long as the branch needs it for its work. What is kept in your browser is deleted when you clear the data for the site.

Deleting your data

Write to servify@gmail.com and give the phone number you booked with. You can use the same address to ask what data we hold about you.

Changes

This page may be updated if the data we collect changes. The version in force is always here.
